Originally from North Dakota, Gunnar Koleznar is the creative force behind Blush and Bashful. With over a decade of experience in hair and makeup, Gunnar has honed his skills through a diverse range of weddings, photoshoots, and special events, establishing himself as a sought-after artist in the industry. His work has garnered international acclaim, with features in prestigious fashion magazines that showcase his talent and eye for beauty.

Gunnar’s journey in beauty began with certifications from the renowned Makeup Forever Academy in New York City, followed by specialized training at The Aveda Institute in Nashville. As a licensed cosmetologist in Tennessee, he combines technical expertise with a deep passion for creating stunning looks tailored to each client’s unique vision.

When he’s not transforming brides and clients into their most radiant selves, Gunnar enjoys nurturing his collection of plants, traveling to new destinations, and exploring the vibrant culture and hidden gems of Nashville. His dedication to both artistry and client satisfaction shines through in every aspect of Blush & Bashful, where love and beauty are always in bloom.
